When we say the winter we can first think ‘the weather is cold.’
We must be careful to not be sick in winter. The weather is cold so if we are get sick it’s difficult to be fine fast.
So how we can eat and what can we do it to not be sick in winter?
- We need C vitamin ( fruits, vegetables)
- We need warm drinks. (Green tea, apple tea etc…
- Water (about 2lt in day)
- Need power so meat is healthy food in winter.
- Milk, yogurt are to protect from virus to our body.
- Fish (antioxidants)
- Bread (wheat,rye bread)
- Lemon with warm water (if you catch cold)
- Omega-3 oil (walnut,hazelnut,almond)
- D vitamin (egg, cheese, fish etc….)
- We need exercise. If you can’t go outside or gym you can exercise in house.
